Terms & Conditions – CrewWorkStays

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made through CrewWorkStays.
By submitting an enquiry or making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. About Us

CrewWorkStays is a serviced accommodation brand providing accommodation for:

  • Contractors

  • Corporate clients

  • Relocation stays

  • Insurance-related stays

All services are provided within England only.

CrewWorkStays operates as a trading brand for:

  • Alsephina Lodges Ltd

  • Leturb Ltd

The relevant contracting entity for each booking will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.


2. Booking Process

2.1 Operating Entity & Rental Agreement

CrewWorkStays acts as a booking and marketing platform representing properties operated by Alsephina Lodges Ltd and Leturb Ltd (the “Operating Entity”).

When a booking is made through CrewWorkStays, the accommodation contract is formed between the guest and the relevant Operating Entity responsible for the selected property.

By confirming a booking, guests agree to comply with:

  • The CrewWorkStays Terms & Conditions

  • The specific rental agreement issued by the relevant Operating Entity

Completion of the rental agreement is a mandatory condition of the booking.

2.2 Guest Eligibility

Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a booking.

Bookings made using a credit or debit card must be authorised by the cardholder.

2.3 CrewWorkStays offers two methods of securing accommodation:

 

2.3.1  Direct Online Booking (Instant Booking)

Guests may reserve selected properties directly through our secure online booking system.

A minimum stay of three (3) nights applies to all direct online bookings. The booking calendar will automatically reflect this minimum stay requirement.

The total price displayed at the time of booking reflects the full accommodation cost for the selected dates and includes any applicable weekly or monthly discounts automatically applied based on the length of stay.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. A reservation is considered provisionally confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Following payment, guests will receive a confirmation email containing a secure link to complete the following mandatory requirements:

  • Provide a refundable security deposit of £100

  • Complete identity verification

  • Review and electronically sign the rental agreement

All required steps must be completed within the timeframe specified in the confirmation email.

CrewWorkStays reserves the right to cancel the booking if these requirements are not completed. In such cases, cancellation and refund (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy.

 

2.3.2  Enquiry-Based Booking

Guests may alternatively submit an enquiry via email or the website contact form. Following review of availability and specific requirements, a written quotation will be issued.

A booking is confirmed only once the quotation has been accepted and payment has been received in accordance with the terms outlined in the quotation.

CrewWorkStays reserves the right to decline any booking prior to confirmation.


3. Payments

  • Full payment must be received prior to check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Payments are made by bank transfer to the account of the relevant contracting entity

  • Failure to pay by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of the booking


4. Security Deposit

  • A pre-authorised refundable security deposit is required via Stripe for all bookings.

  • The security deposit will be requested after full payment has been received and the reservation has been confirmed. Details regarding the deposit amount and payment method will be provided in the booking confirmation.
  • Funds are not taken unless there is damage, excessive cleaning, or a breach of policies

  • Any deductions will be supported by appropriate evidence

  • Where damage, excessive cleaning, or losses occur, the guest authorises the Operating Entity to recover the appropriate costs.

5. Use of Property

All properties are to be used for accommodation purposes only.

Guests must:

  • Respect neighbours and the local community

  • Comply with maximum occupancy limits

  • Adhere to property-specific House Rules (provided separately)

We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund in the event of serious breaches of these Terms or House Rules.


6. Cancellations & Amendments

Cancellations are subject to the following terms:

  • Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made at least seven (7) days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within seven (7) days of check-in are non-refundable.

  • Certain bookings may be designated as non-refundable at the time of booking.

  • Where refunds are applicable, the Operating Entity reserves the right to retain transaction and processing fees.

  • Where a guest fails to complete the required post-booking steps (including security deposit payment, identity verification, and signing of the rental agreement) within the timeframe specified, the booking may be cancelled.

In such circumstances, the cancellation will be treated in accordance with the standard cancellation policy set out above.


7. Liability

CrewWorkStays shall not be liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability is limited to the value of the booking, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.


8. Insurance

Guests are responsible for arranging their own personal insurance where appropriate.
Corporate and contractor bookings should ensure adequate insurance cover for their employees during the stay.


9. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
